Alexian Brothers Goes Mobile

Twenty-eight percent of mobile consumers in the U.S. own a smartphone, according to a recent Nielson Company mobile market survey.  But with the growing popularity of smartphones, that statistic is expected to increase in coming months.

Alexian Brother’s Health System partnered with Geonetric to create a mobile site with functionality that makes it easy for their growing number of mobile users to connect with the health system. The new mobile site utilizes a button navigation design, allowing users to access timely health information fast. One example includes health tips that are updated according to current health topics, such as winter and flu season.

Mobile users have growing expectations when it comes to the mobile experience. A mobile site should reflect the corporate site, but include specific user-focused content and functionality. That’s exactly what Alexian Brothers’ new mobile site achieves.
