Noble Health Alliance Launches Website

In the age of healthcare reform, providers are looking for ways to offer patients a more comprehensive and integrated experience. Enter in Noble Health Alliance, a partnership of four Pennsylvania health systems (to date), formed to encourage population health and eliminate redundancies in healthcare.

Noble Health Alliance is based in Philadelphia and was founded 2013. The organization is one of our newest clients, and the first health alliance website we’ve launched.

Four provider imports on one website

Because Noble features four member hospital systems, that means a whole lot of providers. To ease the transition, Noble’s team combined all four into a single database that will be managed by their group going forward.
As physicians continue to apply for membership, they’ll be added to this database and the website, so users can find them quickly and easily.

All your care and provider options in one place

Noble’s website serves as both a showcase of Noble’s goals and quality, but also as a possible portal for visitors to connect with hospitals and physicians. Because Noble’s member systems are still maintaining their own websites, Noble wanted to deliver vital content without duplicating efforts.

The solution? A Find Care & Providers page, which allows users to search for a service line or search for a physician by specialty, giving users more than one approach for connecting with member physicians and hospitals.

The homepage, too, is focused on a large search option, so visitors can hit the ground running as soon as they land on the site.

A focus on benefits, quality and population health

Stakeholders indicated an important aspect of Noble was not only its integrated care and service, but its focus on quality and community health.
Noble identified its website goal as a place where medical professionals can connect with information on membership and why a membership to the Noble is beneficial, along with quality measures and user-friendly FAQ pages.

And throughout the site, there are plenty of opportunities for physicians and patients to learn more about the Alliance, and custom forms built for physicians who want to apply for membership.

A growing Noble family

Here’s a great FYI: Noble joins two of its member hospitals, Crozer-Keystone Health System and Abington Health, as a Geonetric client. All the specific needs Noble had for this project were met and now they have a beautiful website to represent their new and growing brand.
