
At Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital (MOSH), doctors pledge to put patients at the center of everything physicians do. So MOSH needed its new website to prioritize patients, too. Working closely with Jigsaw to develop a design and comps, the hospital and creative agency turned to Geonetric for help creating the online presence that establishes MOSH and the physicians of Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Services (MOSS) as the Midwest’s premier resource for current and prospective orthopedic patients. Among stakeholders’ top goals: Make it as easy as possible for users to learn about and schedule appointments with the region’s top bone, joint and spine specialists and surgeons.
To that end, MOSH and Geonetric created custom doctor profiles featuring large images, videos, a bold, sleek design and first-person testimonials explaining what inspires each physician to provide personalized orthopedic care. Every profile includes a prominent “Request an Appointment” button.
Thanks to the site’s mobile-friendly information architecture, visitors can quickly find a physician’s profile, explore ways MOSH will help them and discover how to prepare for their stay.
Because users turn to the hospital website for answers to their questions about illnesses and injuries, Geonetric’s content team helped make excellent use of MOSH’s investment in a health library. Throughout services content, users find intuitively placed links to StayWell’s thorough, up-to-date information about various orthopedic procedures and conditions.
Geonetric also wrote customized copy that engages site visitors by speaking directly to them and spelling out the benefits of MOSH’s expertise, technology and techniques.
The result of all this? MOSH loves the new site—and so do users. In fact, visitors started submitting appointment requests within a couple hours of launch.
